Yes! Delivery and setup are available for an additional cost within Gem County and the Treasure Valley. Please let us know ahead of time if there are stairs, steep driveways, or if we cannot park close to the setup area, as extra charges may apply for difficult access.

Rentals typically last one day, but you can rent for longer if needed. Pricing is based on daily rates, and we can offer discounts for multiple-day rentals. Early delivery 1–2 days in advance may also be possible depending on our schedule. If items are delivered early, they must be kept indoors—like in a garage or covered space—until your event.

We require a 25% deposit to hold your reservation. The remaining 75% is due 7 days before your event, or on-site at delivery/pickup.

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.

We offer optional damage insurance for 8% of your rental total, which covers accidental damage during normal event use, like minor scratches, dents, or small tears. It does not cover intentional damage, gross misuse, loss, or damage caused by improper storage, so please handle rentals with care.

All rentals are non-refundable. If there’s bad weather, we can reschedule your rental at no additional charge (rain check). Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your reservation.

We handle setup and teardown for an additional fee. Any damage not covered by the optional damage waiver is the customer’s responsibility.

Please keep tents and tables away from fire, avoid dragging chairs or tables on rough surfaces, and store items indoors if delivered early or being held overnight. This helps prevent damage.

Quantities are subject to availability, especially on busy weekends and holidays, so we recommend booking early.

Yes! We provide event rental delivery from Boise and the Treasure Valley to surrounding areas within reason. Additional delivery charges may apply, including per-mile fees and an out-of-town delivery fee, depending on distance. Contact us with your event location and we’ll provide a custom quote.
